Theme for issue #4: Mistakes
Submission deadline for issue #4: July 31, 2010
Please send all submissions to june.owatari@gmail.com. All submissions will be read.
When sending in submissions, please include the following information:
- Title of your submission
- Name you want displayed and used for credit
- Contact e-mail address
- E-mail address to list in the zine, if different from contact e-mail address (optional)
- A website address to list in the zine (optional)
- 1-3 sentence author blurb – can incorporate e-mail/website (ex. June Owatari [email address] is a recent college graduate. Her portfolio can be found here [website link].)
- License information: will you be licensing under a Creative Commons license? If so, which? You are not required to use a CC license to be considered for the zine. And you are allowed to change your mind.
If you plan on doing a recording, wait until I accept your submission.
Once accepted, I’ll ask for your mailing address so I can send you a copy of the finished zine.
What to submit
Stories, poetry, photography, comics, drawings, etc.
If you’re a musician or in a band, submit a song or two!
If you would like to write reviews (CD, book, movie, etc.) or any other type of non-fiction articles, contact me to see if your ideas will fit with the rest of the zine.
Anybody with an idea for a serial of any kind that would be published through multiple issues, PLEASE contact me! I would love to have a regular column, serial story, whatever, in the zine!
